Further connected tours:
From the Wimbachbrücke, you can comfortably walk along the Ramsauer Ache towards the village center of the Bergsteigerdorf Ramsau. The turquoise blue water of the Ramsauer Ache, which is framed by an imposing alpine backdrop, is particularly impressive in the winter months. At the Hiesenbrücke, the path branches off to the left and ends in a small street. If you follow this path, the famous view of the Reiter Alm with the paroque parish church of St. Sebastian soon appears. Continue over the footbridge, past the parish church and the Gasthaus Oberwirt, until a narrow sandy path turns off to the right, which leads in the direction of the Kunterwegkirche. You will pass the Pletzer-Kapelle and the Kalvarienberg following along the path of the 15 rosary mysteries to the pilgrimage church Maria Kunterweg. Once arrived at the top, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Located in the middle of the forest, the splendid interior of the church will surprise you. The way back initially leads down the same path and then offers the opportunity to stroll along the village street with its hospitality and retail back to the starting point.
