The saltworks and spa town Bad Reichenhall features countless historical buildings including the Royal Kurhaus (“Spa House”), the Kurgarten (“Spa Garden”) with its alpine brine graduation works, the industrial monument of the old saltworks, as well as the Reichenhall museum and the old town around Florianiplatz with the remains of the city wall. 

It is also worthwhile to visit the Rupertus Thermal Baths (Wellness facility, sport and family pool), or take a ride with the historic cable car to the 1614m high Predigtstuhl.
